This Privacy Policy explains how MySmyle Company for Information Technology - L.L.C (“MySmyle”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data on this website, mysmyle.org, and, in general terms, in our products. Each of our apps also has its own privacy policy with the details for that app.

This website collects no personal data

This website is for information only. It:

• does not use cookies;
• does not use analytics, tracking, advertising or social media tools;
• has no forms, accounts or sign-in;
• does not store anything about you in your browser;
• does not load any content from other companies (no external fonts, scripts, maps or videos). Every file comes from our own server.

Like most web servers, our server may record technical data (such as IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security purposes only.

When you contact us

If you email or call us, we receive your contact details and your message. We use them only to answer you and to keep a record of our conversation.

Please do not send patient health information, passwords or other sensitive data by email.

Our products and apps

Businesses use our products, such as MySmyle ERP and MySmyle Chat2B. When a business uses one of our products, that business decides what personal data is entered. We process this data only to provide, secure and support the service for that business, and as our agreement with the business allows.

• We do not sell personal data.
• We do not use customer data for advertising.
• Only authorised staff who need it to provide the service can access customer data.

Customer data in our products is stored on servers in the United Arab Emirates. Some services, such as mobile push notifications, may process limited data outside the UAE, as explained in each product’s own privacy policy.

Health information in MySmyle ERP may also be covered by UAE and Abu Dhabi health-data laws and standards, in addition to the UAE data protection law.

Your rights

We handle personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and other UAE laws that apply. Within the limits of that law, you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
• correct personal data that is wrong or incomplete;
• delete your personal data;
• restrict or stop the processing of your personal data;
• give you a copy of your personal data, or send it to another organisation.

To make a request, email info@mysmyle.org. If your data is in one of our products because a business uses it (for example, your clinic or employer), please contact that business first. We will help them answer your request.

Children

This website and our products are made for businesses. They are not directed at children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page and update the effective date.
